Simple document printing should never require driving out of one’s own neighborhood at any time of the day or night. Perpetual print banks should be proliferated in all communities, whether for the benefit of individuals who do not have printers at all or those who have depleted ink cartridge supplies.

Perpetual print banks would be similar to automated teller machines, only they would dispense printed documents as opposed to cash, and accept debit and credit cards, and jump drives, of course.

Perpetual print centers would be ideal in post offices, filling stations and other stores that are open around the clock and in some external locations, where they would be incorporated into establishments, like public libraries, where they could be utilized after hours and/or any time of the day or night.
