Today’s ACT Prep University class started out in the usual Mitchell Hall classroom and moved to the Life Science Center. I was hoping that the new locality would be a computer lab where the students could work on the ACT website, although it wasn’t. Utilization of a projector to exemplify and discuss printed documents of relevance to the course was the next best idea, however. The students enjoyed another round of Kahoot and practice tests to which correct answers were given and explained. The students additionally took turns solving and explaining their methods for answering math questions in the course textbook. Maybe they’ll get around to the computer lab the next time.
