You have probably heard stories of kitchen and/or restaurant workers maliciously mishandling the food and/or drinks of customers who they dislike and/or who have offended them in some way, or of other scenarios where a boss who feels that his or her authority is threatened and/or a competitive co-worker or business rival endeavoring to supplant their competition by among varied methods, instructing kitchen workers, with or without incentives, to contaminate or poison their food. This is an issue that should be treated with appropriate seriousness, via specifically placement of audio-visual cameras in all school kitchens and all restaurants and in all places where food is prepared and by taking appropriate corrective measures, up to and including prosecution of culprits and co-conspirators. This would optimize the safety of students and other consumers, and, in many instances, save lives.
